Think of it as a meticulously curated stew of up-cycled and consigned exquisite designs of the environment. This includes the work of award winning landscape architects, designers and contractors; architects; interior designers; and artists of landscape objects and designs that have lived in public or private settings in the past.

We will work with you through the curation process to retell an exterior object’s creative history, life cycle story, and put it on the market to other designers or owners. Mud Stew makers collectively reproduce, reduce, reuse, recycle, and share the most refined designs and design processes with others through a lens of generosity, curiosity, and the utmost care. How it works

  • Forage it

Find your favorite storied outdoor objects and designs. As designers you are mud stew makers to us, and mud stew making begins with a good forage! Places to look are among your built projects, legacy designs, and past job sites where an object may be ready to adapt to a new location or modified for the next generation.

  • Share it

Share your storied object with a new audience! Contact us for a complimentary 15 minute consultation. Don’t forget to think ahead about how it would be reproduced or relocated for order fulfillment. We will provide an agreement so that you know your object will be in good hands and will stay with us until it is sold to a vetted buyer.

  • Sell it

We will work closely with you as we narrate the design story of your landscape object and post it for reuse, upcycling, or reproduction. This may include a photoshoot or the development of other media. We are cultivators and curators of your object’s legacy and will take care of order fulfillment, production, and delivery.
